Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 March 2026
1. Service
TribDB ("we", "us", "the Service") provides a searchable database of publicly available UK tribunal decisions and professional regulator hearing outcomes. The Service is operated from Pembrokeshire, Wales, United Kingdom.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each subscription is licensed per user seat as specified in your plan. Sharing login credentials beyond your licensed seat count is a breach of these terms.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable but access continues for the full year. Prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Data
All tribunal decisions and hearing outcomes displayed on TribDB are sourced from official public records including GOV.UK, the National Archives, and the published websites of UK professional regulators. We add structured data extraction, full-text indexing, and search functionality. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for lawful research, case preparation, and professional purposes. You may not: (a) scrape, bulk download, or systematically extract data from the Service; (b) resell or redistribute the data commercially; (c) use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns; (d) attempt to circumvent access controls or payment requirements.
6. Limitation of liability
TribDB is a research tool, not a legal advice service. The information provided is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal advice. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of information obtained through the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
