About TribDB
TribDB is the UK's largest searchable database of tribunal decisions and professional regulator hearing outcomes. We aggregate, structure, and index over 150,000 decisions from official public sources, giving legal professionals instant access to case law that would otherwise require hours of manual research across dozens of fragmented websites.
Our database covers employment tribunals (ET), the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT), and fitness to practise outcomes from seven UK healthcare regulators: HCPC, NMC, MPTS/GMC, GDC, GPhC, GOC, and PSA.

Data sources
All decisions are sourced from official public records. Employment tribunal decisions come from GOV.UK and the National Archives. Professional regulator hearing outcomes are sourced from the published records of each regulatory body. We do not hold or process any personal data beyond what is already in the public domain.
